Got Trauma? Put It In It’s Place With These Tips…

Hey Boos! Pandemic or not, many of us struggle with anxiety, depression, negative thoughts, panic attacks, trauma triggers and other mental health challenges daily. While we can always orient ourselves to the room, deep breathe, ground ourselves etc, sometimes you just need different skills to manage your mental health in your tool box (the skills I listed above rarely work for me).

Sooo, because I love you, I’ve explained three simple and nonconventional ways I manage triggers and trauma responses when I feel like I’m overwhelmed, spiraling outta control or about to loose it. I hope they’ll help you, your kids or your loved ones as much as they help me.
